Chancellor Dan Klaich, Vice Chancellors Vic Redding and Steve Zink, and Special Assistant, Renee Yackira have invited the NSHE institutions to participate in an Orientation to NSHE’s Workday Implementation on Tuesday afternoon March 17, 2015 from 2pm until 3:30pm.
The Orientation session will be delivered via a system-wide video conference, to allow the maximum participation your campus team members. Video rooms have been reserved at each campus. Please contact your iNtegrate 2 Campus Executive or Project Manager for location information.
The Orientation is intended to reiterate the vision for iNtegrate 2, review the guiding principles driving the NSHE Workday Implementation, discuss the scope of work, and outline the organizational structure for the project.
Also included will be the implementation timeline, identification and discussion of shared service areas, and review the risks that could jeopardize our success and what we can do to mitigate those.
Time has been reserved for Q&A at the end of the group’s presentation.
