This past week, people from across NSHE gathered to hear about the status of iNtegrate 2, NSHE’s system-wide project to create and implement a single set of common HR and Finance business practices across all member institutions.
The Project Reboot sessions, held in three locations (Reno, Las Vegas, and Elko) over three days, featured core Project Team members discussing the current state of the project, upcoming testing and training, and what happens after the Project is concluded. Guests were also shown Workday features in action, including how to access your pay stubs and view and drill down into financial reports on multiple platforms. Project representatives hosted breakout sessions, where the focus became more specific in key areas that are important to institutions like HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Integrations.
iNtegrate 2, committed to keeping the community informed of the Project’s status and outcomes, is planning to host a series of events on a scheduled basis throughout the lifetime of the Project. These get-togethers with Project members and NSHE institution members will be a place to share project information and to answer any questions that the community has as we move closer to rolling Workday out to campuses in October 2017.
