System Testing examines how information flows through the entire Workday system—from the results of executing individual steps that make up every task out to all of the interconnected functions that handle data at every click. This kind of testing is not an automated process. It requires teamwork by subject matter experts from every institution and the creation of NSHE-specific test cases. It requires careful orchestration to accomplish. The Project is lining up the necessary resources to get testers up to speed in how to use Workday, to execute testing, and to capture results in a clear, actionable way. P2 System Testing is scheduled to begin November 21.
