After weeks of preparation, the Team embarks on the next round of Workday testing this coming Monday. People from every institution will test NSHE’s second prototype (P2) to ensure that the processes and functions are on their way to meeting the System’s business needs when Workday goes live system-wide in October 2017. Due to the sequential, cross-functional nature of this kind of testing, the Project Team will spend next week delivering a series of focused demonstrations to testers, known as Playbacks. These sessions will provide a comprehensive overview of NSHE business processes as configured in Workday, and also lay out this round’s testing guidelines and parameters. Armed with that knowledge, participants will begin testing in earnest on 11/21. System Testing is scheduled to go through mid-January 2017.
