Phase 3 Unit Testing An Unqualified Success

The bulk of Phase 3 unit testing is completed with a few scenarios, mostly the more complicated ones, left to run or reconfigure. The testers really gave it their all, meeting tight deadlines while also juggling the work that comes with the first weeks of a new school term. The result is that the iNtegrate 2 project has successfully passed through Phase 3 unit testing, collecting invaluable findings that will be used to build NSHE’s second Workday prototype(P2), while also keeping the Project’s tight schedule on track.

Testers have completed 98% of Phase 3’s scenarios with only 1.3% of scenarios failing—one of the lowest failure rates of any implementation in Higher Education. The remaining 2% of Phase 3 scenarios that have not been completed include tests that are still in progress or have been postponed to a later testing phase due to complexity or Workday processes that have not yet been configured.
